すべてのレビューを表示I love when Jen B teaches! I’ve been to Pilates studios all over the Valley, and she is hands down my favorite. Not only do I leave feeling challenged but also sore later in all the right ways. The most important thing, she places a strong emphasis on proper form. Her attention to detail ensures every exercise targets the correct muscles it’s intended to which I feel a lot of instructors miss. Her classes are very effective yet welcoming and down to earth. She also plays hip hop. Wish she was here more.

I thought this class was perfect for trying something new, slow enough paced to not feel overwhelmed and really clear cueing from the instructor. The instructor also did most of the moves with us which was great to have an example. Great class and great vibe in the studio. I’ll be back

I am currently waiting for my hip replacement surgery so it’s important to me to find something low impact but still incredibly effective. And, oh did I find it! I would highly recommend trying a UHM workout. And I would highly recommend the location at McDowell Mountain because everyone who works there is so incredibly friendly that it’s just a truly wonderful experience all around to go.
