    This was my first time in Timmons class and I couldn’t have loved it more. The studio had such great energy and everyone was so nice. Everyone was also so excited to be at the “Stu” (as they call it) so early on a Sunday. I loved it and will definitely be back soon!

    The class was definitely challenging, but Lauren and everyone else were incredibly welcoming and set you up for success! Before class she gave a tour of the studio and made sure I was comfortable on the bike. I am sore after class but feel accomplished. It seems like they’ve developed a great community here!

    This was such a wonderful class and Avery was so kind and patient as it was my first time at a CycleBar!
