    Truly excellent class. Music was fantastic of course. The instructor's approach felt systematic, like she was ensuring we worked every muscle group by moving through them in order. Definitely a full-body workout, I know I'll be back!

    H.I.I.T & Stretch

    Jackie is such a fun instructor! And she did a great job helping me modify for an injury. Personally I would prefer if more of the class was stretching (it was about 10 mins stretch after 35 mins warm-up/HIIT) but I really enjoyed it and will likely take it again soon.
