    This facility is really nice. The other students in the class were very friendly and the instructor too. The locker rooms were so nice and had showers with soap and shampoo and towels to use. I really enjoyed my class and went to come back to this studio.

    Fun class so much energy, great group and everyone is so friendly. The circuit was versatile, unique, hit all the main muscle groups and also incorporated some cardio and abs. Also mimosas in the gym after class?!?👏😍

    Full Body Strength and Conditioning

    This was my first visit here coming from a background of doing yoga twice a week but not doing weight lifting. I’d recommend coming 10 minutes early so you can grab a mat and stretch before the workout. Today had 3 stations, each comprising of 3-5 exercises each that you repeat for several rounds. Ashley was incredibly patient, and explained each move for me 1:1, and stresses proper form which was super helpful. I would definitely recommend and would say be patient with yourself, and don’t give up!
