Just be prepared for a pretty full class-there were a lot of people-but I still highly recommend it. I already signed up for next week! 😍 Happy Yoga Day 🧘🏼♀️

It was a little hard sometimes to hear her cues over the music but overall, I learned a lot and am very appreciative!

Class is usually mixed with absolute beginners and more advanced people, it doesn’t matter, just have fun! Take this class while it’s on ClassPass because they disappear from CP once they fill up. すべてのレビューを表示First time at Pilates, 40 y/o male, with prior knee and ankle injuries. Nichole was absolutely fantastic, both fun and knowledgeable! She did a great job explaining how everything worked, and teaching proper technique and form. Plus, she’s super friendly and attentive! I felt genuinely welcome, and safe to be wherever my body was at. I got some nice shakes of effort, but also didn’t walk out destroyed on my first attempt. Definitely would recommend and will return!

すべてのレビューを表示Loved the routine and moves-we did new moves I hadn’t done before which were both a good stretch and a good burn. And I love incorporating weights. Plus at the end she gave us a massage with the stretch which was so nice! Great way to start off the day.
