The only thing I was disappointed about was the fact that as this is a restorative class where the mood is meant to be serene, the last several restorative classes people are on their phones having conversations, watching social media videos or even having loud conversations while people are trying to disconnect and be present in silence preparing for the class. I wish they would be more diligent with the peace in the room otherwise the class and instructor are exceptional.
