すべてのレビューを表示Incredible class! I really liked the lesson format. We introduced ourselves so the instructor could get familiar with our levels. There was a warm up and some conditioning. Then we learned tricks/spins. They were built/stacked on each other until it made a combination. I really appreciated that because I have a difficult time transitioning between steps and knowing how to put steps into a routine. The instructor was very friendly and made an effort to learn everyone’s name. She circled around the room to give individual attention. I’ll definitely be back, thank you!

すべてのレビューを表示Amazing class! I’ve never taken pilates before and always wanted to. For obviously reasons, I was super nervous especially to take the class by myself. But everyone in there was welcoming, nice and it’s a clean environment. It definitely gives a small class feel and I knew the instructor was looking at everyone and would correct form if needed and even joined it. DEFINITELY coming back and dragging friends along. Not sure how to make it work with my work schedule just yet but I’ll find a way! :)

It’s great to balance drills with discussions and examples of actual proper form. I learned so much today and I feel like my ballet practice will get even better.
