    Hot Sculpt & Stretch

    Sadi is amazing! Her class was super effective and got me the burn I was looking for and a little lift in my heart rate while still being low impact. The stretching was perfect and I like that she really focused on long holds, so many instructors don’t understand the importance of stretching to make it actually impactful.

    Guys are plying ourselves for not checking out barre classes, thankfully I finally took a stretch out of comfort zone—only regret is not doing it sooner: efficient, effective, challenging and fun way to mix up any fitness regimen, imo. Strong coaching skills, Lara provided key corrections throughout to great effect. Love the express format which provides a full workout do-able on a lunch break, two thumbs up, way up!!

    Mike was always upbeat and motivating, did the workouts with us. He was attentive to us if we were hurt. In general, Conbody is quite fun and motivating! I always come back to Conbody when I'm back for a visit. Workouts are great!
