I think it’s one of the safest spaces to practice in, as she facilitates yoga and discussions from time to time in a wonderful way. Her approach is like when you make food, the intention of the cook transfers to the taste - similarly the intention of the teacher transfers to her students.

すべてのレビューを表示I loved this class because the instructor is very flexible and will tailor the class specifically to your needs. If you want a more Pilates based class vs more circuit training she will cater to what you want. It was a really good workout and I would definitely book again.
