    Gwen brings a healing energy to class. She’s focused on making people feel healthy in body and mind. I think it’s one of the safest spaces to practice in, as she facilitates yoga and discussions from time to time in a wonderful way. Her approach is like when you make food, the intention of the cook transfers to the taste - similarly the intention of the teacher transfers to her students.

    I loved this class because the instructor is very flexible and will tailor the class specifically to your needs. If you want a more Pilates based class vs more circuit training she will cater to what you want. It was a really good workout and I would definitely book again.
