すべてのレビューを表示I love this class with Katrina bc it is very challenging and not traditional. She puts in a lot of exercises in the hour we have together and gives us modifications if we can’t get there. There are options depending on where you are that day. She is a knowledgeable teacher and I look forward to her class weekly!

Andi’s instructions were at a great pace and her voice was so calming to follow through. Your mind becomes clear and peaceful while you’re getting an intense workout.
