Her voice is soothing, her instructions clear and she teaches sequences that leave you feeling relaxed and open. A good class for beginners. Very excited to come back again when my schedule allows. The only thing that is kind of a bummer is the parking situation as well as the time of classes working with a normal 9-5 schedule. I still try to make it work though. Will be back again :)

Class moved too quickly to get feedback on form - if that's important to you. Also keep in mind the room is heated. I'd probably come back when I'm in the mood to dance. Otherwise, I find I'd prefer a traditional reformer or mat

It was a continuous flow, with minimal to no water (didn’t find it that bothersome bc the room is nonheated), and the teachers gave clear instructions and corrections when needed. The space of the studio was very relaxing and had a good energy throughout it. I noticed that the floors were clean, and the room where we practiced in was large and had lots of room.
