The workout was challenging and targeted every muscle and I felt so good and sore after. Overall a super fun class - doing this often will def lead to a toned body!

I really appreciate how she explains and demonstrates the exercises clearly, which helps everyone feel confident in their movements. I am not sure if I’ll come here in the AM before work anymore as the showers temperature valves don’t seem to be regulated!! Gets way too hot if both people are using the showers. Although for someone who’s been doing corepower sculpt for years, this sequence was unusually hard on the knees - I’ve never had knee pain before so wanted to call that out. I’d say doing the jumping lunge mountain climbers 4 different times was a bit overkill but loved everything else!!

I arrived a bit late and still had to change, so they helped me find the restroom and even laid out my mat, blocks, bolster, and blanket for me so it’d be ready when I came back. The gong bath in the end was so peaceful and rejuvenating, which was exactly what I needed today. Lovely practice and highly recommend! As for location, I’d suggest using the stairs to the right of the FedEx entrance, then you’ll see a sign to turn left towards the studio🫶

I’ve attended other sessions with around 30 people, but here, the group is kept small—only 4 to 5 people max, if that! My experience with Diana was truly exceptional. I’ve long been an advocate for sound baths during chaotic times, and Diana’s warmth and passion for her work are genuinely inspiring. I felt an incredible sense of relief afterward. I came in around 3 thinking there wouldn’t be a class going on since that is what I said on Class pass to come around that time for quite time but as soon as I arrived a class was starting and I had to blast the TV. The shower were available in the shared restroom and lockers as well. I wouldn’t return at this time though.
