For those who have not yet had the pleasure of getting to know Dennis, he states this in a lot of classes, but do not be alarmed - He is not sick, He just has a deviated nose septum. Leia takes the time to get to know your needs and maps out a custom plan to tackle it each time, using a variety of techniques. I’ve gotten massages while traveling, at nice spas as a little treat to myself and I swear I always end up saying “it was good, but it wasn’t Patty” lol. Finally made my way back to her and yep, she’s still THAT good. She just knows what your body needs without you having to explain every little thing. And on top of being insanely good at what she does, she’s the sweetest and so funny she’s just such a kind human being and I love her. I left feeling sooo relaxed and reset and mostly wondering why the heck I waited this long to come back. Definitely going to start seeing her regularly again and make it one of those things I actually prioritize for myself. Love her and cannot recommend her enough 💛

I arrived 15 mins early and Josh professionally showed me my room #1, how to use the controllers, access the TV and the restrooms. He gave me suggestions on heating and the guide to what the different color lighting can be useful for. He had everything already set up with two towels and a cold towel outside. Body felt good after the session and knowing that I could control my own heating temperature was reassuring.
