Class moved too quickly to get feedback on form - if that's important to you. Also keep in mind the room is heated. I'd probably come back when I'm in the mood to dance. Otherwise, I find I'd prefer a traditional reformer or mat

She made my experience incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. They have cold towels for you and cold water for you to refill your water bottle with. I would revisit and I would recommend:)

I’ve been to another Perspire location in the past, but this one was so much more comfortable and hospitable. The facilities were clean and well maintained, and the bathroom was exceptionally clean as well. 10/10, I’ll definitely be coming to this location from now on. <3

すべてのレビューを表示First time at a professional sauna with infrared lights. I love the experience. Watching a show on TV really helps. This place is inside LA Fitness. I arrived 15 mins early and Josh professionally showed me my room #1, how to use the controllers, access the TV and the restrooms. He gave me suggestions on heating and the guide to what the different color lighting can be useful for. He had everything already set up with two towels and a cold towel outside. Body felt good after the session and knowing that I could control my own heating temperature was reassuring.
