すべてのレビューを表示Athena is a great instructor! Her energy is perfectly present, she articulates the words and times her words so it is so calming. I had one of the best classes today and it was because Athena’s natural calm energy allowed me to stay in the present. 10/10!

すべてのレビューを表示Sofi embodies femininity , sensuality , confidence, beauty and creativity . Just someone to look up to while you’re taking her class . She Is very patient and what I appreciated About her teaching is that she will continue to practice a movement with the class until everyone is ready. . I definitely need that but She makes her class feel like a safe space and it is that little detail that makes me want to come back. Not to mention , it was so much fun wearing the coin skirts !!!

Julie was amazing and super accommodating, I was intimidated not being able to cheat and fone in the moves, but she really helped accommodate my injuries and my limitations. I felt challenged but safe, highly recommend Julie to anyone!!

すべてのレビューを表示I’m new to yoga although I have been practicing at home. The class I took was a good level and I thought great for a beginner. The instructor Shivani worked at a good speed and was helpful. They have clean mats and other equipment available. I will return.

すべてのレビューを表示I really enjoyed the class and the front desk person was really nice. I will though that the room itself & the bathroom has a strongggg odor of sweat. I recommend that they clean the rooms a little better after each class especially since we all come out dripping sweat!
