Her voice is soothing, her instructions clear and she teaches sequences that leave you feeling relaxed and open. A good class for beginners. It’s gentle and Alexa makes sure to walk around the class checking technique and offering modifications for all levels.

すべてのレビューを表示This class was challenging in the best way. I felt like my core was being ripped apart and built up again. The studio remodel is so nice as well! Very excited to come back again when my schedule allows. The only thing that is kind of a bummer is the parking situation as well as the time of classes working with a normal 9-5 schedule. I still try to make it work though. Will be back again :)

It was a continuous flow, with minimal to no water (didn’t find it that bothersome bc the room is nonheated), and the teachers gave clear instructions and corrections when needed. The space of the studio was very relaxing and had a good energy throughout it. I noticed that the floors were clean, and the room where we practiced in was large and had lots of room.

すべてのレビューを表示Beautiful studio and very welcoming staff. First timer for yoga here and Jen the instructor and the front desk make you feel very comfortable. Jen’s teaching techniques are very clear and even as a first timer I managed to follow along. The hot yoga sculpt was a challenge but in a great way. The community that was in the class also very welcoming and motivating. I will definitely be back!

すべてのレビューを表示Amazing 60min lymphatic drainage massage experience! I’ve been to other lymphatic massages before, but this one stands out! First there’s a warm heating pad underneath you the whole time, and you’re covered with a warm blanket. Her technique is gentle and firm at varying times. I loved that she worked on my mid-section and back a lot. On my back she used a small cup to help loosen the tight fascia. She gave me pointers on how to use my own cups better to loosen the fascia on my body. I appreciate her knowledge and technique! Will absolutely be back!!!
