すべてのレビューを表示I’ve taken a couple classes with Kendra and I really enjoy the strength classes. It’s challenging but doable and is an awesome workout! Kendra checks on your form, helps you make adjustments, and is very helpful. The studio is nice and clean and the parking lot is a big plus! So glad I found MKT Ready!!

すべてのレビューを表示I had a lot of fun in the class! It was my first attempt at kickboxing, and Diego, the instructor, was very patient in explaining all the techniques. Plus, he asked if I had any injury or medical condition before the class started, warm up will make you sweat for sure. I will definitely book another class! ☺️ I recommend arriving 10/15 min early if it's your first class for the coach to get your information.

すべてのレビューを表示Annabelle was fantastic! My class had a mix of seasoned dancers to beginners and she made us all feel super comfortable. I felt like I was right back in my ballet classes from high school. She was so supportive and very good at explaining the movement!! Will take again.

すべてのレビューを表示Great atmosphere! Friendly instructor with fantastic energy! The gym is clean and has a lot of equipment with a spacious room. The workout was a killer in the best way possible. Definitely a full body workout. I met the owner who was extremely kind and welcoming. Must try classes! Will be back!
