    Loved the class, instructor, space. My one critique is about halfway/towards the end of class, I wish the spoken instruction slowed down a bit. Once the heat and relaxation settles in, it takes me a second to process left and right and what I’m actually being told to do and I get lost.

    I had a great time! While I didn’t know the general routine of things in this gym my first time there, I picked it up fairly easily. Instructions are demonstrated, and then if you forgot immediately like I do, there are videos of the moves playing on the walls. There are multiple instructors who come around to offer pointers and encouragement. I had to rummage around the gym at times to find lighter weights for some exercises, but aside from that it went really well! We all worked up a sweat and I know I left with a smile.

    It was my first class with Daury and boy, did I get my heart rate up! He’s attentive and actually remembers that I require some modifications with certain areas (most don’t care too much and I usually have to ask them , as they are busy overlooking the class). He has great energy, good sense of humor (which was my saving grace, I was throwing so many dagger stares inside my own head only bcoz I was unfit lol). Class was challenging , don’t come if you don’t want to work up a sweat! It’s a love hate relationship for sure but I’ll work on it :) good class!

    This class is challenging in the best way, and Natalia is incredible. I appreciated her tough love but also wanting the best for me. I loved the team spirit effort and encouragement from the rest of the class. As this was my first time attending a class here. I was nervous to come to this class, but I can't wait to return in the new year. I also appreciate the kind words from the manager, John, and the front desk clerk, James.
