すべてのレビューを表示I love Sweat 440! You follow exercises on the screen so you can go at your own pace. I also love the flexibility of being able to start at weird times, since they welcome a new group every ten minutes. Also you use fun equipment you wouldn’t have access to at home or a normal gym. The 40 mins flew by.

As a complete beginner, I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction—he was supportive, knowledgeable, and kept me motivated the whole time. His calm and encouraging approach made me feel confident and excited to keep going. Highly recommend if you’re looking to start climbing with a great instructor, especially if you want to build a solid foundation in climbing!

If you are familiar with basic yoga poses and flows like the sun salutation you will have no problem following along. The instructor also goes through the flows behind you so if you get lost you can turn around to follow along. I had trouble finding this spot but go downstairs to level C2 and look for the Mac store! It’s right next door.

The environment is really enjoyable with the sunset and the outdoor breeze is a welcome change from hot yoga classes (I’m not very good w heat). Was beginner friendly, as I’ve take only 1-2 yoga classes before, but also saw a lot of more advanced students doing more complex yoga moves. Look forward to doing this class again when it reopens in 2025!

At the end of each sequence we flowed on our own with no instructions which I usually don't love, but there was great cueing and modifications given overall. Lavender cold towels are handed out at the end of class. Just know if you don't bring a mat it's a few bucks to use one.
