    Spring and Suspend: Pilates Strength

    I did not expect to work up a sweat but to my surprise it happened! This class was tough! I think I’ll be more mindful about doing Lagree Pilates 2 days prior in the future because my body still hadn’t fully recovered making this class harder as well. That aside, you will definitely get in a good workout here and leave with sore muscles. I always appreciate when instructors offer to help you correct form but don’t make you feel pressured to do more than you can especially if it’s clear you’re trying but can’t complete the sets. Megan was encouraging and knowledgeable as well and at times knew how to throw in a few jokes.

    I ended up being the only one in class, so I got lucky with extra guidance from Akibul! As a complete beginner, I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction—he was supportive, knowledgeable, and kept me motivated the whole time. His calm and encouraging approach made me feel confident and excited to keep going. Highly recommend if you’re looking to start climbing with a great instructor, especially if you want to build a solid foundation in climbing!

    Boot Camp - Lower Body Lift

    The class was definitely challenging but not beyond your limits! The instructor actively makes changes to make sure you’re able to get the best workout you can but definitely was tired by the end of it! Will definitely be back again - great workouts, great mobility warm exercises, great motivation and encouragement from the trainers, and also the friendliest group of people doing the workout with me!! Treated me like family and even asked when I’d be back! Please go you won’t regret it (until the soreness kicks in lol)

    Individualized Group Fitness

    The training session was wonderful! First, Danny was extremely attentive and took time to explain, demonstrate and observe each exercise to ensure proper form. Second, the work out was dynamic and included the combination of strength, mobility, and cardio. Third, I appreciate the deep attentative to injuries. Modifications were provided with care, which honestly is far too often, not case in so many places. I’m excited to come back and would STRONGLY recommend. I think they do an excellent job providing tailored workouts to folks across the level of fitness and ability.

    Excellent class! Great playlist , not the typical yoga music, which may not be for everyone but I enjoyed having something different. Loved the instructor’s positive attitude and encouragement! *Definitely should know basic yoga before going however because it’s a full class and because it’s 45 minutes not a lot of time for explaining/instructions but if you need it the instructor will absolutely assist.
