A teeny bit rough, but it was needed because my cuticles were so horrible and I had a slight ingrown nail which she asked if I wanted taken out, which I said yes. My toes look and feel gorgeous now. I had old gel on before which they charged $5 for removal, which was a good price to me. All of the tools they used came out of sealed packages as new, so they were very clean and sanitary. Definitely will be back.

It was clear she was very knowledgeable and her techniques were great! The salon was very clean and nice as well. I really enjoyed my gua sha lymphatic drainage facial and would recommend it to anyone. I will absolutely be back soon!

Anyway you can tell how experienced her techniques are. She even gave me hair care recommendations since my hair tends to be on the dry side. Though idk if I would suggest booking over Classpass bc the price of gel removal is usually included in the service if you got the gel there but I was charged extra for it bc I booked through Classpass. Doesn’t sit well with me that you’re expected to tip on the full price of the service even though you are not receiving the benefits of a full price service.

My nails were also cut too short and felt slight pain close to the skin for 2 days after the manicure. I wouldn’t return if there are other options unfortunately

I went from needing to shave every day to shaving once a week, and by the time my series is done hopefully rarely in the future! She’s efficient, thorough, and attentive and the procedure is super quick. I have blonder hair so might need 8-10 sessions and she was transparent about that from the start. Highly recommend!
