He was professional, knowledgeable, and did an amazing job working out the stress and tension I had been carrying throughout my body. The facility may be small, but it is welcoming, well-maintained, and equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. The entire staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. If you’re looking for a high-quality massage in a warm, community-focused environment, I highly recommend this wellness center. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and much better physically. I will definitely be returning.

Kim was so wonderful between explaining what she was doing, balancing that with the right amount of relaxation time, perfect pressure for the whole service - everything was just 10/10. I would absolutely recommend this service & plan to come back again!!

I have an injury I am recovering from and she did a wonderful job at targeting and locating the spots that needed help. I had a mix up with my appointment on my end, Georgia in the front was incredible and beyond helpful. I ended up having a 4 hands massage for a portion of the massage to receive cupping from Emily thanks to Georgias wonderful organization. Thank you again for making it possible! Not only they make you feel welcome and important as you step in, their service staff are equally kind and respectful and oh so knowledgeable. The space is immaculate. They really think about every detail. I feel like I found a gem in the neighborhood. You have to try them!

This was my friend’s first professional massage, they felt comfortable and were melting by the end of it. The space is nice and cozy. Sauna is nice and hot.
