Not only they make you feel welcome and important as you step in, their service staff are equally kind and respectful and oh so knowledgeable. The space is immaculate. すべてのレビューを表示I opted for the 60 minute deep tissue massage. The lady that attended to me made sure that I was comfortable and checked in periodically to make sure it was OK. I do have to comment that the massage was better once I decided to add on the essential oil and hot stones which was an additional charge of $20. I don’t think I would’ve enjoyed the massage as much if I wouldn’t have added this on. But there was no way time it was clean and they had soothing music playing.

One small note: I don’t think the Kerastase Fusio-Dose treatment is as customized when booking through ClassPass - there was less hair analysis / consultation, and more of a pre-selection for ClassPass clients (when you’re directly booking at places - there are usually a bunch of diff options stylists talking through for the concentré and booster). That said, it’s an excellent deal for the price, so it makes a lot of sense and keeps it affordable! And still great! Next time I may book directly for a more tailored experience, but I’d definitely return! 💜

After several calls it was finally cleared up. $20/hour per person tip is compulsory unless you are okay to be humiliated not knowing “flushing rule” or get treated badly. Massage itself is good.
