すべてのレビューを表示I had never done any sort of weightlifting before so I was a bit nervous but the instructor was really helpful and friendly, he spent time to teach me the right positioning and set up which I really appreciated. He gave modifications and everyone was really encouraging. A great first experience. Would recommend this place!

すべてのレビューを表示Prepare for crunches- like seriously! A good workout overall, and I enjoyed the environment/people. It definitely targets abs (tho not exclusively ab workouts), so if you are looking for that, I would recommend.

すべてのレビューを表示Very welcoming and fun group of women! Dylan was a great instructor. He was attentive to everyone as we went through circuits so that he could add more weight/challenge if we were ready for that. He also clarified movements and gave tips when I struggled. Would recommend- great workout!
