すべてのレビューを表示I like the class. She has a fun way of teaching it! NOTE: they don’t take people if you are more than 5 minutes late. Make sure you have grip socks. There are two restrooms in the place as well. There is a separate entrance for the Pilates Reformer side and the Barre side. PARKING: Odd Class Hours- Right side near Barre door entrance. Even Class Hours- Left side near Pilates Reformer entrance near the stairs. Don’t stay too long so you won’t be boxed in especially if you didn’t know you parked on the wrong side. Permit parking on the street only so you’ll have to utilize the parking that they have.

すべてのレビューを表示Very spacious, pretty clean and lots of equipment to choose from I'll give it a 5 star. The only thing I would say needs improvement is maybe the clerk/ cashier could be a little more friendly but she was young and wasn't mean by any means so not a big deal.

It helps people like me who are not really good in dancing and don’t have spatial awareness or balance. The two staff members are really nice and good to talk to. すべてのレビューを表示This class is great! I like it because it's quick (30min) and very efficient. I burnt about 500 calories. Also, the owners are great. I was able to meet them before the class. During the class, the coach was attentive and gave me some alternative movements when my leg started cramping up on me. With all that to say- I will be returning!
