Instead of legs like most of teachers he makes your arms burn but at the end you’ll end up wanting more :) I’m considering to go to his classes regularly. Yayyy

She‘s the first trainer I witnessed in the whole of Amsterdam (sorry xD) that actually works with the inner core muscles from all angles if the request is „can we please do your“. It’s usually a lot if blanks or apps. Not worth her - It was honestly sublime. You had no glue that you were working the core until you felt it and the time flew by like that <3 thanks!!

すべてのレビューを表示De ruimte en exercises waren erg fijn en zeker een aanrader. Mijn enige advies is dat fijner zou zijn als bepaalde poses gecorrigeerd kunnen worden tijdens de oefeningen. Doordat er veel mensen in de zaal zijn is het lastig om de instructor te zien. Sam heeft echt een goede vibe en maakt de oefeningen ook leuk om te volgen

すべてのレビューを表示Loved Valentina’s class! Great energy in the room, both grounding and strong. Challenging poses in a good way, and her hands-on assists were spot on. I felt very supported throughout. The space was beautiful too. With the warmth of the sun shining in, it added something really special. Definitely coming back!
