The teacher takes time to give everyone in class personal attention to correct her students and encourages us to get out of our comfort zone with sensual movements and broader high energy dance. Today we danced to a Moulin Rouge burlesque pop song and our movements varied from pop to contemporary dance. In short, it's an eclectic and creative class that leaves you all sweaty at the end so you can have cake the next day! ;-)

He would always put in so much effort to help me with the moves whenever I couldn’t get them right, and that’s why I really liked him. The studio itself was also beautiful. It’s a place where you can go and feel completely at ease, without any discomfort.

Our teacher took her time to guide us as we experimented with different breathing techniques, postures in and out of the hammock, and overall meditation. You can tell how passionate she is about what she does and in a city where most things are fast, a little slowdown and the calmness she radiates, feels like a gift. I had a wonderful time and hopefully will get to book new classes soon.
