Bungee Angel Dance: Open Level
Fun new experience, good core workout, open to do it more often! Feel energized, loved it! Teacher was great but would love to hear more details about how to use the right techniques. The instructions went by quick, maybe I was distracted or because it was my first time, I had to watch the rest a few times to understand the movements. For the rest it was still fun even as a newbie.

Flow Yin Yoga
I’d have loved for her to explain a little more about the theory behind Yin Yoga, such as what it is good for, why the poses are held for longer, how this affects the connective tissue etc. That said, today’s class was really good for creating more space and openness in the pelvis and hips. She is kind and gentle, good poses.

Nikki deed enorm haar best om me meteen thuis te doen voelen. Heel fijne vrolijke aanwezigheid.
