すべてのレビューを表示One of the best zumba classes I've been to! The instructor has the most incredible energy I've ever seen and she is an unreal dancer, and she brings the best vibes to the class. The music was fun, the routines that she choreographed were engaging, and it's very inclusive for all levels from beginner to more advanced. I'll definitely be back!

すべてのレビューを表示I really like the aerial hoop classes from Natalia. She takes the time to clearly explain a few moves instead of rushing through too many at once and takes the time to help you during the exercise. After the class I really felt that I learned something!

すべてのレビューを表示Victoria is such a lovely instructor with a nice energy. She made sure everybody felt comfortable. A very nice class if you want to explore your own sensuality. To add/discover your own style is challenging when not used to. The instructor helped with guiding that, while making the given sequences your own. The class felt good and asked for more so will definitely join again.

すべてのレビューを表示Mel’s Flex class was easy to follow and easily adjusted with blocks to my beginner level. I liked that the instructor walked around correcting/ adjusting form where needed. Even though I wasn’t doing the most difficult stretches I felt challenged

I really enjoyed the class with Nisan — she carefully guided everyone throughout the session and made sure we were doing the movements correctly, which made me feel very comfortable and safe. すべてのレビューを表示Fijne begeleiding. Nikki deed enorm haar best om me meteen thuis te doen voelen. Heel fijne vrolijke aanwezigheid. Ze geeft ook veel variaties wat fijn was. Ik was het zelf enkel gewend van rond de paal te ´draaien’ en niet van statische trucjes aan de paal te doen. In deze les kreeg ik een verscheidenheid aan oefeningen aangereikt.
