Her practice was authentic yoga - which is hard to come by lately with fads of cardio yoga fused with other things and rushed. she really focused on helping us hold poses for proper alignment and stretch. I never felt bored during the class, it was unique to try a pose or series of poses she’d explain and we can try. Which is fun to do and learn the practice.

すべてのレビューを表示This is an awesome strength training class! My favorite part about it is that it makes weight/strength training approachable. You have the flexibility to make the class as easy or difficult as you need for the day. They set you up with the right movements and suggestions at far as equipment but allow you to make the decision on the weight you want to use. Id suggest it to anyone with or without weight training experience. This will be a staple in my workout routine!
