すべてのレビューを表示Sweet 440 is like a mix of 7 minutes and f45. It’s group based but also station based. The fitness instructor Wilson was awesome and made me feel so welcomed. He consistently encouraged all stations and helped with modifications. The gym is also very clear which is important to me. 10/10!

すべてのレビューを表示The best! I feel like a new woman after a good sweat here. The best thing about the sauna pods, for me, is that my head remains outside of the sauna bed— it just makes me feel less claustrophobic. The staff is always SO helpful and sweet. Highly recommend!!!!
