She’s incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and genuine, and you can tell she really takes the time to understand her clients. She listens carefully and offers thoughtful options to help you reach your skin goals, with a strong focus on proactive care. I booked a BioRePeel, and she walked me through the entire process so I knew exactly what to expect. During the treatment, she was very attentive and checked in to make sure I was comfortable and that my skin was responding appropriately. It made the whole experience feel very safe and personalized. She also gave me a B12 shot, and I honestly didn’t even feel it. That says everything about her technique. The space is clean and welcoming, and I love that Shannon is a nurse practitioner—it adds an extra level of trust and professionalism. The entire team was patient, kind, and friendly from start to finish. I’m already looking forward to my next treatment.
