    I absolutely love Nicole's classes. She is clear with her instructions, engages with everyone (giving feedback, correcting movements and encouraging you to push yourself) and she offers options to make the workout as challenging as it needs to be. I wish I could give a sixth star for her great taste in music! 😉 Thank you Nicole for a great workout!

    The workout was good. Nice mix up of exercises! Coach was engaging and interacted with everyone. A second coach/staff member jumped in during the workout a couple of times to check in with us as first timers. Felt very welcomed and buggered by the end 😊

    Run club

    I downloaded classpass looking for more variety in my workouts and stumbled across HAFG run club first. I have never called myself a runner, and have never felt like running in my life but decided one night to give this a go. I would recommend anyone looking to start running but doesnt want to do it alone to try out HAFG run club. The people I got to meet are really lovely and patient. They made me feel welcome and were very encouraging throughout the whole experience. Looking forwards to next week already!
