すべてのレビューを表示I loved this studio! This was my second time here in just my 3-day vacation and I kept coming back. The space has this “go, go, go don’t stop” kind of vibe to it, not just the motivating instructors, but the straight to the point of the space. The weights are classic barbells and there’s minimal props. The room is filled and the mats are in a cool, funky layout that puts you in different angles during class. I just love the structure and Natalie was a great instructor and so adorable!

She provided modifications and breaks throughout making it accessible and adaptable for all levels. I’m so glad I found this place!

すべてのレビューを表示I loved Sophia’s class! I’ve been to many Pilates classes in Naples and this is definitely a new favorite of mine. She’s very welcoming as soon as you walk through the door and keeps everyone engaged during the class (trying to distract us from the burn lol). She has a calm, intentional, and effective approach. You’ll leave her class feeling strong and knowing she’s pushed you to work your hardest!

すべてのレビューを表示Carmen is a wonderful instructor. She pays close attention to your form and is graciously helpful. She is warm and friendly, and her class was very effective. Best part is her classes are small (max 4 people), so you are basically having a private class. Highly recommend!
