すべてのレビューを表示I came for Kim’s restorative yoga and enjoyed her as a teacher, that I tried her yoga sculpt class, as well. I was pleasantly surprised that along with being a good workout, her yoga sculpt class also is rooted in the spiritual practice of yoga. I love that she maintains this, so it’s not just about the fitness part (which is rigorous & challenging) but also about meeting yourself where you are.

すべてのレビューを表示my first time floating. the staff was wonderful and very accommodating. be sure to arrive 30 minutes early if it’s your first time since they have an intro video for first time floaters. their amenities include tea, showers, towels, and an oxygen bar. highly recommend, i will be coming back!
