すべてのレビューを表示first class! amazing routine. I was done mostly on a mat with bands, sliders. light weights. I was sore the next day. Instructor did not use a mic so l, but she had a loud enough voice ☺️. Small class size, about 10 women. And a cute space. street parking was available.

I also love that she offers 1:1 guidance to ensure your form is correct. The class is fun and engaging—it’s challenging enough to feel the work, but never overwhelming.

すべてのレビューを表示Challenging class but I was able to keep up even with minimal experience. She was an amazing instructor, she emphasized listening to your body, encouraging breaks, and offering different levels to challenge yourself. Her cues were easy to follow, will definitely be back soon!
