    Jessica was a super lively and upbeat instructor. Her class was high energy and fun. There was some mixups at the front desk for clients assigned spots so there was a lot of spot shifting at the beginning of the class which was quite disruptive, wished the desk staff was a bit more tactful with that process.

    This was my first ever F45 class and I really enjoyed it! Both Lavonte and Jeff were very welcoming and encouraging, and they were great about correcting my posture throughout the session. Everyone, including the members, were very friendly. I loved how the environment was full of encouragement without any judgement.

    Great class! The gym itself is incredibly spacious much bigger than the other F45 gyms I’ve been in. The class was half size so you could get additional input from the coaches. The coaches do a good job of walking around the class and providing modifications, tips to do to improve form, and encourage you as a member. Sunnyvale has a different set up than most F45s with MWF being strength days and T/Th/S classes being cardio/hybrid days. After class, I used their showers which were well maintained. I was offered a towel as needed. Shower was spacious and had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hairdryers within the space. I will be returning eagerly!
