すべてのレビューを表示TBYH first ever fireflow did NOT disappoint! I am not usually a yoga girly (I’m a remix/mat Pilates girly) so this was an amazing first full 60 min yoga class for me. All the high fun energy and good beats of a remix class, but movements were that of a flow class. Will 100% come back- thank you for the new addition of this class TBYH!

すべてのレビューを表示I had an amazing time doing dance with Danielle! It was so fun but challenging. We did cardio, upper and lower body and abs during the routine. I had a great time! I would recommend this to anyone - great way to moving.

すべてのレビューを表示Beginner class bring a mat. It’s only 30 minutes so it doesn’t feel like much on its own. Everyone else did the barre class first so it felt like I came in half way through class since I had to walk in while they were already in and it felt awkward to set up. Book barre.

Then during the workout whenever I felt like I needed a break there wasn’t the pressure of having to keep up with the rest of the class. I was at my own pace, but with the guidance of her. I will definitely be coming back!
