    Loved this class and Elijah! She was super attentive to our form and offered lots of corrections and alternative moves. The class was a lot of body weight exercises and some dumbbell exercises. I’ll definitely be back!

    Awesome class! I'd never been to a rowing class before, and Josh made everything extremely clear and had a great energy. Good for all levels- and still a good challenge without feeling like I won't be able to move tomorrow! I'll definitely be back.
