    Great class! Barry is a fantastic instructor. The class itself was challenging but he encouraged and motivated us. The camaraderie between attendees is nothing I like I have experienced in Montreal. I walked away feeling confident and happy. I will definitely consider returning again!

    Great, challenging class, however we didn’t use the barre to do the barre part. The exercises were on the floor and TRX. The studio is welcoming and the staff is kind, but I waited 10 minutes at the reception to get to talk to someone.
