I am more on the bendier side and I would have loved more challenging poses, but this was great for exploring classic poses and longer holds allowed to find more space and new angles within them. Perfect for a rest day! Shout out to our teacher - a great guide! Fluid sequencing and her instructions were extremely clear even for a gal still learning French. Would come back.

Great cardio workout with the inclusion of weights👌. Will definitely be going again and to other classes.
