You could hear noise from outside of the treatment room (people coming in and out of the shop, phone/videos playing, talking…) and the room was very bright so not a classic spa like relaxation environment but my skin felt great after. Great products for sensitive skin as well. Nice comfy blanket but does get hot. Left with normal redness from treatment but didn’t last too long and some skin peeling for a couple days around the nose where she worked a lot! Would book again:)!
