すべてのレビューを表示The space is really nice, lots of classrooms, lots of place to store your stuff! The instructor, Greer, is so kind and inviting. I love how encouraging she is throughout the class, even providing modifications, and she always asks for feedback. Of note, this is a heated class. You either need to bring a yoga mat or rent one from the studio but I also suggest bringing a towel (also for rent) and water (available for purchase). You will get a workout so if you’re new, take breaks as needed as the room gets HOT!

すべてのレビューを表示Only thing I’d recommend is considering lowering the music so you can hear the instructor a bit and so it doesn’t heighten the nervous system that early in the morning. Otherwise, great workout and Kara was lovely.
