I booked an 11am appointment, class pass told me to show up 15 minutes early so I did and they weren't open. Because they have software integration issues, both girls working were busy until 12:30, and my appointment wasn't in the system so I left and came back. 10/10 for the staff at Skin Chic! 2/10 for ClassPass at this location.

It can be a little uncomfortable for the first five minutes, but after that, it’s totally fine—especially compared to recovering from a tummy tuck or lipo. The 30 minutes actually fly by because I’m busy asking Amanda about all the other services and having great conversation. She’s super knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and keeps the whole experience relaxed. Honestly, if you’ve ever had cramps or a baby, this is a breeze—and totally worth it.
