    Myofascial Release 30 Minutes

    It was my first time experiencing Myofascial release. I didn’t go for a specific reason, just current stress and past trauma and told him about my headaches. I had a lot of release in my body in areas being adjusted, watering eyes and yawning. I could feel mild therapeutic pain being released as well. It was very helpful and Derrick explained a lot about the process and made me feel very comfortable.

    Neil and everyone (employed or a member) at this studio are so kind and full of joy. It is contagious. This sculpt class is a great Saturday morning work out. I always leave feeling strong and ready to seize the day ; ). I really appreciate the complimentary sweat towels, mat wipes and water bottle station. Sometimes the little things really add up and make the experience too - thanks for the towel fan while in shavasana!!

    Good class! Instructor was very welcoming and helped adjust bike hike perfectly for me as a first timer. I liked how she demoed the moves and the disco lights added such a fun vibe to the basement atmosphere. The class size was small which was excellent.     Really great class and instructor. Then place is challenging to access if you take an early morning class as the doors are locked and the code I had did not work, so I had to wait until I saw someone inside to glad down to open the door.

    It was my first experience and unlike the worry I had after reading some reviews, the staff was welcoming (though we indeed have to wear the gripping socks, I bought two at the desk) and the instructor was inclusive too. As a person who regularly work out, this one was not much challenging but there's still some rooms to adjust the intensity on my end (eg dumbell). Loved it!
