すべてのレビューを表示I go to a lot of workout classes. This was the best instructor I’ve had in a while. I really felt like she was coaching and teaching and not just giving instructions. I would really recommend going to her class to anyone. Also music was great and it was overall a hard class.

Lisa was a great instructor, using proper anatomy terms, providing options for alternative poses, and hands on corrections that never made me feel called out. Lisa made sure to get an understanding of everyone's previous experiences with pilates and injuries before getting the class started. Would definitely come back!
