すべてのレビューを表示I love Tom’s workouts! They are thoughtfully prepared to be challenging enough for all levels and ages. While the workouts mainly focus on working different muscle groups there is also a bit of cardio mixed in for overall fitness. Tom is encouraging and will make sure you are supported and exercising safely. The environment is always friendly and inviting. I highly recommend this class!
