    I have been searching for a Lagree studio for months and finally found this one! The studio itself is in a nice, cute area, clean, and nice. The instructor was really hands on and offered a lot of instruction and direction. If you’ve done Pilates/Lagree elsewhere you can keep up but I highly recommend only doing this class if you have some experience with a reformer/megaformer. Great studio! I’ll be back!
