    P2O Hot Pilates - UPSTAIRS

    The hot pilates class I went to was the hardest class I have ever done in class pass. I learned my kneecaps sweat. You take breaks and modify as needed. it is a very welcoming space and I felt very challenged and motivated in a good way. At the end you get a cold towel that is so refreshing. I will definitely come back again.

    Emma was great, she was good at cues and I got a great workout. My only suggestion would be to name more of the exercises so that experienced people know what they’re about to do without needing to wait for each step.
