    PILATES BURN

    Best Pilates class and instructor in the city. This is a great workout, whether you do it alone or as a compliment to strength training. The instructor does a great job of providing a challenging workout that still pulls from the basic principles of Pilates. The class is accessible, powerful and fun. I find most of the Pilates classes in Toronto to be either too dull or too trendy. This is neither of those. I hope to see her teach more often at PF.

    I had an amazing experience at the barre class! The instructor Jo was incredibly knowledgeable, guiding through each move with clear instructions and great energy. The class was a perfect blend of strength, flexibility, and balance, offering a full-body workout that left me feeling challenged but energized.     Hatha Gentle Flow

    This was my first time trying yoga, and Catherine was such a patient and thoughtful instructor. I told her about my mobility issues, and she made accommodations. I found the session challenging (in the best way) and my body definitely felt less tight when we were done, which was my goal. The studio is beautiful and clean, and I'm hoping I can attend another class suitable for beginners soon!

    If I could give this class more than 5 stars I would!! Instructor was incredible, and I loved the music. It flowed perfectly in alignment with the poses. Studio is a bit small and change rooms are tiny, but it had such a lovely atmosphere and community feeling.
