    The Stronger Class with Chloe was amazing. Sweating with some lifting. She guides us through all the stations with care and knowledge. Also she stay close to correct our position if we're not doing properly. Definitely this class is my favorite one. 💪

    360 - Strength

    Elliott is a great coach and his classes are among my favorite at Ferris. Usually group fitness classes at other gyms are too easy and do very little for a person accustomed to being active, his do not, while remaining accessible to people who perhaps are not as far along on their fitness journeys. I felt very welcome and appreciate that he gives an easy, medium, challenging option for almost all the movements. 5 ⭐️ all the way.
