    PILATES BURN

    Best Pilates class and instructor in the city. This is a great workout, whether you do it alone or as a compliment to strength training. The instructor does a great job of providing a challenging workout that still pulls from the basic principles of Pilates. The class is accessible, powerful and fun. I find most of the Pilates classes in Toronto to be either too dull or too trendy. This is neither of those. I hope to see her teach more often at PF.

    I really enjoyed the creative sequencing and pacing, as someone with an established yoga practice. however, I wouldn't recommend this teacher to beginners, I definitely felt like more of an advanced or intermediate class

    I had an amazing experience at the barre class! The instructor Jo was incredibly knowledgeable, guiding through each move with clear instructions and great energy. The class was a perfect blend of strength, flexibility, and balance, offering a full-body workout that left me feeling challenged but energized. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the music was upbeat, making the whole experience fun and motivating.

    HATHA - YIN YOGA

    Took the 90 minutes Hatha-Yin with Aliza and it was excellent. She is very accommodating with options for different mobility levels (there were elderly students) and extremely hands on. The facility is clean and tidy with B mats. Highly recommend.
