The class was fantastic, Emma was a brilliant instructor, the class was quite challenging with some more technical moves which I really enjoyed. This was my second class at Trilogy and both times have been amazing. You can tell they only use the best instructors!! I'll definitely be returning 🙂

I’ve been attending Studio38 for over half a year now, but this was my first hot yoga class. I’d always had a few reservations about hot yoga, especially as it can be quite a debated topic within the yoga community, but I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised. Sabrina’s class itself was slow-paced and grounding, and the heat was in fact pleasant. I can definitely see myself adding more of these classes into the mix.

I’d always had a few reservations about hot yoga, especially as it can be quite a debated topic within the yoga community, but I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised. Sabrina’s class itself was slow-paced and grounding, and the heat was in fact pleasant. I can definitely see myself adding more of these classes into the mix.
