すべてのレビューを表示It’s indeed not Pilates, it’s a WORKOUT on a reformer. Every instructor is a different level (i believe). Alex is great, not only her music choices are but also her class in general. Would appreciate more action in corrections (from ALL teachers tho!) but otherwise — most favorite studio!

すべてのレビューを表示This was my first Lagree class. Definitely the toughest reformer class I've ever done. Luckily, Alex knows her stuff. She made sure my form was perfect for every move and motivated me to push through the pain. I will for sure be sore tomorrow!
